About us / Who we are
Irina (‘Era’) Titova Lopatin is an educator and storyteller with a background in project management, communications, and advocacy in nonprofit, public, and private sectors. She has developed natural disaster response policies with county public health departments, as well as state and local government strategies mitigating the adverse health outcomes caused by climate change. Era’s current projects navigate the intersections of health, policy, and tech-based consumer healthcare solutions. She passionately uses her health policy expertise to improve healthcare delivery systems, develop innovative sector products and introduce on-demand health solutions to a wider range of consumers. Era holds a Master of Public Policy, a Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Management, and a BA in Economics from UC Berkeley.
