April Melia is a graduate from Pima Medical Institute in 2008, in which she obtained her associates degree in respiratory therapy. Her career has taken her through diverse critical care settings, where she had the privilege of working in Adult Critical Care, Neonatal Intensive Care, Cardiac Intensive Care, Pediatric Intensive Care, and DME. Each of these areas has shaped her skills and insights, helping her to deliver top-notch care and support to patients of all ages. Here at Ansible Health, she continues to educate patients and their families on disease management, lifestyle modifications, and the importance of respiratory health. April was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico where she currently resides. She is married with 5 kids. She enjoys to read, cook, bake, travel, and spend time with her family.
