Ross Friedberg is a Legal Advisor and the outside General Counsel for Ansible Health. He provides strategic and operational legal support for the company across all aspects of its healthcare business. Ross is also a founding member of Goldsand Friedberg, a boutique law firm that represents clients at the forefront of technology and care delivery on complex strategic, regulatory, and corporate matters.

Previously, Ross was Chief Legal & Business Affairs Officer at Doctor On Demand, a national leader in virtual medicine. Ross was awarded the National Law Journal’s General Counsel Impact Award in 2020 and was a lead author of the first comprehensive legal guide on telehealth: “Navigating the Telehealth Landscape: Legal and Regulatory Issues” (published by Bloomberg BNA’s Portfolio Series), which received the Burton award for distinguished legal writing.

Earlier in his career, Ross practiced law at Epstein Becker Green. Ross is also a director and founding member of Health Tech X, a non-profit focused on connecting DC-based policymakers with health care leaders and entrepreneurs and connecting health care business leaders across the DC region.

Ross has degrees in Law and Public Health from the University of Connecticut and a B.A. from Cornell University.
